A). The shipping notification is sent automatically. There is no need
to respond to it.

A). Yes, I could but it will not make any difference.
Post Office registers letter and shows that the letter crossed Polish
border. Next information just indicates that the letter was delivered
or is waiting for you at the post office.
Tracking is available only in USA, Canada, UK and Ireland. Post offices
in another counties affix own label and I do not know the number.

weeks passed and I have not received the package. Could you refund the
money or send replacement?
A). It happens very seldom that the package is lost but there are,
sometimes, delays due to crossing international borders. I suggest
waiting another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I’ll send another package or
refund money. I will charge the full price and shipping if the presumed
lost package will arrive.
Q). Could you declare lower value of the
merchandise so I could save on custom duties?
A). I do not declare the value, as it has no meaning if the customs
open the package.
I do not include invoices or receipts either. To my best knowledge, no
one paid any duties yet. Moreover, declaring the value has no
implications as the package is fully insured however that information
is not shown on the package.

Nach dem Zahlungseingang versende ich die Ware innerhalb von 2 Tagen. Schnell
deklarierte Sendungen erreichen den Käufer in der Regel innerhalb von 5 Tagen, normal
versendete Warensendungen innerhalb von 10 Tagen. Leider kommt es manchmal zu
Verspätungen seitens der Zusteller oder der Postbote vergisst eine Nachricht
zu hinterlassen, deshalb ist es in solchen Fällen notwendig nach 3 Wochen zu prüfen, ob
die Sendung nicht bei dem Zusteller (Post) tatsächlich liegt. Sollte die
Sendung an mich zurückgehen, da der Käufer die Annahme verweigert hat, muss der
Käufer für die Rücksendungskosten sowie eventuelle erneute Versendung der Ware die
Kosten tragen.
